The Decatur County Sheriff's Department is investigating a hit-and-run that occurred Saturday evening. The pedestrian victim was transported to a local hospital before being airlifted to Indianapolis for further treatment.
The hit-and-run happened Saturday, Sept. 26 just before 8:20 p.m. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital and later airlifted to one in Indianapolis.
