State parks on Big Isle, Maui, Molokai to close due to Tropical Storm Nolo
Tropical Storm Nolo has forced the closure of all state parks, camping areas, forest reserves, and hiking trails on the islands of Hawaii, Maui, and Molokai.
Due to Tropical Storm Nolo, all state parks, camping, forest reserves, state-managed hiking trails and natural area reserves will be closed on Hawaii island, Maui, and Molokai. Hawaii Volcanoes National Park will also temporarily close ahead of the storm.
