NYC teen seen in eerie Citi Bike photo year before being fatally struck by truck while cycling
Daria Serkov, 15, was on a Citi Bike with a 13-year-old friend around 9 p.m. Friday when she was fatally struck by the excavation vehicle on 14th Street in Manhattan, police said.
