Man accused in Cornell case allegedly asked student not to "say anything," transcript says
A transcript reveals that a man accused in a Cornell assault case allegedly contacted a witness to tell her not to say anything.
According to the record, a student who had been at the Chi Phi house the night of the alleged assault told a Title IX investigator she got a call the next day from one of the accused men.
