Montgomery County police chief resigns after inspector general report alleges misconduct
Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich asked Police Chief Marc Yamada to resign after the county’s Office of the Inspector General released a report Friday detailing multiple accounts of misconduct by someone identified only as a police executive.
