A lawyer for Congressman Bob Onder asked to vacate the group's actions. The group previously led efforts to suspend the state's Republican-drawn map through signature gathering.
A lawyer for Congressman Bob Onder, R-Lake Saint Louis, asked the court to vacate the court actions from People Not Politicians, the group that successfully gathered signatures to suspend Republican's gerrymandered congressional map.
