Jesús Luzardo ‘definitely concerned’ as inflamed left shoulder lands him on the injured list
Miami Marlins pitcher Jesús Luzardo has been placed on the injured list after being diagnosed with left shoulder inflammation. While Luzardo expressed concern over the injury, he remains focused on returning to the rotation in time for the postseason. Though he aims to start for the team during the playoffs, he noted that he cannot yet guarantee he will be healthy enough to participate.
Will Luzardo be ready for the playoffs? “I can’t say 100% I’m going to start for this team, but that’s the goal,” he said.
