An East Texas woman was arrested for allegedly allowing a doctor to sexually abuse a child in exchange for drugs. The affidavit states she held the child during the exams and told the victim it was standard medical practice.
Alicia Sanchez would hold the child's arm during Dr. Kenneth D. Haygood's "exams" and would tell the child, "that is what doctors do," the arrest affidavit read.
