<p>A teenage boy was shot in Albany Park Tuesday night, according to Chicago police.</p><p>A 16-year-old was in the 4700 block of North Albany Avenue at 8:58 p.m. when he was shot in the left foot and abdomen, police said. </p><p>He transported himself to Swedish Hospital before being taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital, where he was listed in good condition.</p><p>No one is in custody, police said. An investigation is underway. </p>
