House directs Trump to halt Iran war or seek approval

WASHINGTON >> The House on Tuesday voted for a third time to direct President Donald Trump to end the war in Iran or seek explicit authorization to continue it, delivering another bipartisan rebuke to his handling of the conflict as fighting in the region continues and American voters increasingly disapprove.
