Edgewater’s Side Streets Could See Speed Limit Reduced To 20 MPH
Alderman Leni Manaa-Hoppenworth plans to reduce the speed limit to 20 MPH on non-arterial side streets in Chicago's Edgewater neighborhood. The initiative targets drivers speeding to and from DuSable Lake Shore Drive. The proposal aims to improve safety within the 48th Ward's residential areas.
