Apolinar Quesada, a lead strike negotiator for the San Francisco Unified School District, has been indicted on charges of sexually assaulting a child in a 1995 case. He is currently on leave.
Apolinar “Paul” Quesada, who has also worked as assistant principal and principal at two SF middle schools, is on leave over a 1995 case.
