SEA leaps 6 spots in airport satisfaction study after year of major upgrades
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport rose six spots to rank 11th out of 20 major U.S. airports in customer satisfaction. The improvement follows a year of significant facility upgrades. The airport now ranks in the middle of the satisfaction study for large airports.
