Penn’s $520 million renovation of David Rittenhouse Lab is one of Philly’s largest construction projects
The redevelopment will raze two-thirds of the building. A seven-story, 325,000-square-foot replacement, dubbed the Penn Discovery Commons, will be built in its place.
