ICE officer taken into custody in Minnesota by state law enforcement, attorney says
An ICE officer who walked out of a Texas jail because Governor Greg Abbott refused to turn him over to authorities was taken into custody in Minnesota by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension on Wednesday, according to Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty.
