Oregon man dies after driving through guardrail, down steep embankment

Omar Julio Solano-Delgado, a 33-year-old Hood River resident, died early Sunday morning following a single-vehicle crash on Highway 35 in Oregon. State police report that Solano-Delgado was traveling southbound when his vehicle drove through a guardrail and plunged down a steep embankment.
