Senate nears vote on bill to overhaul college sports
The Senate is scheduled to vote this week on the Protect College Sports Act, a bipartisan bill backed by Missouri Sen. Eric Schmitt that would limit athlete transfers, protect scholarships, and grant the NCAA more authority to enforce rules.
