Georgia’s youngest mayor was ousted over ‘unfounded innuendos’ as lawyer warns of ‘dangerous precedent’
Stockbridge Mayor Anthony Williams, Georgia’s youngest mayor, was impeached and removed from office on Saturday after serving only 10 months of his term. Legal counsel for the 23-year-old criticized the decision as being based on "unfounded innuendos" and warned that the ousting sets a dangerous precedent.
