Real or fake? New feature tells you if that Amazon message is legit or a scam

Amazon launched a new feature to help customers distinguish between legitimate communications and scams. Users can check messages to see if they are official Amazon communications. The tool provides a confirmation response if the message is verified as authentic.
If it is from Amazon, the customer will see a response that reads, “Yes, this message is an official Amazon communication.”
