Mauricio Pochettino says Cavan Sullivan is ‘ready’ for his USMNT run alongside the team’s new generation
USMNT coach Mauricio Pochettino praised 16-year-old Philadelphia Union player Cavan Sullivan, stating he is mature enough to compete with the team's new generation. Sullivan is currently training with the national team.
“I think he’s doing really well in Philadelphia, and that is why he is here," Pochettino said of the 16-year-old Union phenom. "He’s mature enough on the field to be there and to compete.”
