Letter: UH arena is perfect spot for rainbow imagery

Whenever I see an aerial shot of the Stan Sheriff Arena — er, Bankoh Arena at the Stan Sheriff Center — on the University of Hawaii campus, I wonder why there isn’t a rainbow painted or projected on the dome. In real life, we get to see actual rainbows over Manoa. On TV sportscasts, you’ll often see that shot accompanied by Bruddah Iz’s rendition of “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.”
