Terrifying mugshot shows homeless man who chased California college student into her apartment
A homeless man was arrested after chasing a California college student into her apartment. The student expressed frustration with authorities, stating that similar safety incidents occur too frequently.
“You guys don't do anything until it's too late,” she said. “This happens too often to too many people.”
