St. Louis County reported its first measles case in 20 years. The individual was likely infected while traveling on a Chicago-bound train with another infected passenger. The St. Louis County Department of Public Health is monitoring the situation.
The person appeared to have been infected after riding a Chicago-bound train that contained a passenger already infected with measles, according to the St. Louis County Department of Public Health.
