Twin brothers who were acquitted in Whitmer kidnap plot sue FBI, state police

Twin brothers from Allegan County, acquitted in the 2020 plot to kidnap Governor Gretchen Whitmer, are suing the FBI and Michigan State Police. The lawsuit alleges authorities violated their constitutional rights during the investigation. Both men were previously found not guilty by jurors.
