Eight individuals have been indicted following the theft of multiple vehicles. The group includes Christopher Palmer, Ashley Fulmer, Jason Bristow, Douglas Manns, Jeremy Churchman, Michael Wittman, Trevonte Caldwell, and Robert Tidwell.
