Tennessee governor halts executions after Christa Gail Pike survives lethal injection attempt

Tennessee is moving forward with the execution of Christa Gail Pike. Pike was convicted for a murder she committed in 1995 when she was 18 years old.
Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee late Wednesday halted the remaining scheduled executions for the rest of the year and ordered an outside investigation after Christa Gail Pike survived lethal injection.
