Moore confident Marylanders will check ‘yes’ on redistricting ballot question

Gov. Wes Moore said he believes Marylanders will “overwhelmingly" support Question 3 when they go to the polls in November, the proposed constitutional question on the ballot this fall that would change the way congressional districts are drawn.
