Wild video shows moment car smashes through Texas backyard — narrowly missing kids playing in pool

A 22-year-old driver lost control of a vehicle and crashed through the backyard of a Texas home, narrowly missing three children playing in and around a swimming pool. The car passed within inches of a toddler and two five-year-old twins before coming to a halt near the water. No injuries were reported, and the incident was captured on surveillance video showing the vehicle's path of destruction through the family's property.
The Van Dusen family said their toddler was “just inches away” from the path of destruction when a 22-year-old motorist lost control, risking the lives of their 5-year-old twins in the pool as well.
