A television host claims she persuaded a jury to acquit Daniel Rakowitz, known as the 'Butcher of Tompkins Square Park,' in his 1991 murder trial. She argued that the killing was a panicked reaction rather than intentional.
"He did not mean to kill her and once he killed her he panicked,” she said of Daniel Rakowitz, who is infamously known as the “Butcher of Tompkins Square Park."
