Portland police dog, suspect dead after reported shooting in Montavilla neighborhood
A Portland police dog and a suspect were killed during a shooting incident in the Montavilla neighborhood. Police have labeled the event a critical incident.
Portland police officials said that K-9 "Kylo" had been with the agency six years, and was on his last day of service before retirement.
