The chef-owner of Emilio’s Balatto, known for a celebrity clientele, is opening a new restaurant in Wantagh, Long Island.
“All my people that I grew up with in Wantagh have been dying for me to come out to Long Island,” said Vitolo, whose city clientele includes Taylor Swift, Aaron Judge, Barack Obama and Jaxson Dart.
