GIVING: Southwest Seattle Historical Society gets gift from Mechanics Bank in The Junction

Mechanics Bank awarded a $5,000 grant to the Southwest Seattle Historical Society. The funds will support the new "Beyond Alki" exhibit at the Log House Museum.
The entire staff of the home of West Seattle history – the Southwest Seattle Historical Society‘s executive director Elizabeth Rudrud and program coordinator Oli Castañon Villa – visited Mechanics Bank in The Junction (4022 SW Alaska; WSB sponsor) this afternoon to accept a gift – a $5,000 grant from Mechanics.
