Lawsuit challenges Trump policy allowing ICE at polling locations
Latino advocacy and voting rights organizations have filed a federal lawsuit challenging a Trump administration policy that permits Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers to enter polling locations. The legal action seeks to block federal agents from conducting immigration enforcement at voting sites during the 2026 midterm elections.
