Jury seated in new trial for Saginaw man convicted in 2014 of killing mother, younger sister

Stephon L. Roby, now 34, was convicted at age 23 of murdering his mother and sister in March 2013. He's facing a new trial due to an appellate court vacating his prior convictions.
